| I left Task Manager open, and then tried to start AS. javaw.exe briefly appeared in the Processes window and then disappeared. So that could be the problem? | |

| Some time ago, I saw that there was a new release, and I upgraded to the newer version. From that time onwards, AS simply won't start up. I've reinstalled, did a registry clean, etc.., but no go.
