For the last few days now random auctions have been coming up with Unknown for the time finished. This is only happening when there is more than one auction finished and updating. If I put a check in one that comes up as unknown and refresh it individually, it usually inserts the right time on the first or second try.

Just thought I'd throw this out there to see if anyone else is having the problem.

Oh yes. I am having the same problem and refreshing does NOT work for me, individually or no. Crying or Very sad

Mine stopped updating individually as well, since nobody else had replied, I figured it was just something wrong on my end.

Definite problem. I haven't had much time for anything lately. Will hopefully put out a fix this week.

Here are some item numbers where I currently get "Unknown" ending times:
7307666362, 7500637374, 6518655052, 7307946311, 6518657369, 6950612428, 3880835788, 7500569882, 7307671760

Have you definitely got the latest beta? Version 1.6.8.2 ?
I added all of those to my watchlist and they came up ok. "Ended 8d ago" etc

You got me. I was still on version 1.6.8.1. I have now upgraded to 1.6.8.2 and currently do not see any "Unknowns". I apologize for the false alarm on my part!

Woohoo! No worries.

If you want to get automatic updates of betas go to
Tools->Options...->Updates and tick
"Check for beta updates on startup"

Is it the same case for you savagepink?

I've got 1.6.8.2 and it's still happening with me on the UK store.

Item number 7500963119 for example.

So if you:
tick the box to select that item in your watchlist,
hit refresh,
wait for the "Last refreshed" column to say "<1m ago"
then it still displays Unknown in the Time left column?

(I just tried adding 7500963119 to my watchlist and it came out ok (Ended 7d ago) but that doesn't count for much.)

Can you go to the folder where you installed AuctionSieve and send me the watchlist.txt file?

I am on version 1.6.8.3 now (thanks for the update!).

I do not see any "Unknown" ending times, but there still seems to be a problem.

Item 6162031246 says "Ended 10d ago" but it ended only on Mar 21.

Item 5175250292 says "Ended 7d ago" but it also ended only on Mar 21.

Likewise, item 6162935617 says "Ended 7d ago" but it also ended only on Mar 21.

Similar problem with 6518764023 and 6518990706. Refresh does not help.
