Hi,

Mac OSX 10.7.1
AuctionSieve 2.5.6.3

323 items in Watchlist, about 95% have blank price fields. A few show BIN price, even though there are bids. Some item numbers are:

140634332748
130597753435
150692204635
280767658405
110770577644
180750622793
220887834002
270847195553

Thanks!

I too am now seeing the blank price fields problem with 2.5.6.3, for me affecting about 25% of my watchlist.

I can't be 100% sure, but it seems most of the time the price is OK in the search results (sieves), then when added to the watchlist the price is lost...

EDIT - It seems that now all the items in my watchlist have refreshed, I too find 95% now have blank price fields Crying or Very sad

Thank You Nev. 2.5.6.4 looks much, much better. As far as I could see - no blank prices, no rubbish end times and no (£) prices. Back to how AS normally works!

Remaining (and very minor) issues:
Still the usual handful (6 out of a Watchlist of 230) that claim to be ended (when only 1 out of the 6 actually has ended).

And a new one (last 3 or so days only) - 2 specific searches in one of my sieves pretty consistently have an error, in that towards the end of the pages of results (e.g. 2750 of 2800 and 3700 of 3750) brings up the "eBay is returning error pages or pages I can't interpret, for [...]" message. I'm guessing ebay is reporting 56 and 75 pages of results to AS at the start, but then supplying only 54 and 73. Clicking Yes to retry does not get the results from ebay, I have to click No to proceed.

Kind Regards
Andrew

Hi Nev,

2.5.6.4 is definitely much better, but I have found another minor issue.

Items that are BIN with auction, e.g. item 250931353090 (well it currently has a BIN but I may well bid, making it disappear!) are coming up in the sieves with the (generally much lower) auction price as a plain BIN.

I thought I'd found a bargain Laughing

EDIT - Another example: 320793234846

Kind Regards
Andrew

Hi Nev,

2.5.6.5 looks very good so far - I've found no problems on the first run through.

Thanks!

Using the new bet today and am getting all sorts of error messages like:
failed to connect to ebay getting details of item 250932961574 . . . Perhaps try again later.
java.net. connect exception: operation timed out.

ebay is returning error pages or pages I can't interpret for . . . Do you want to keep trying?

New beta is out.
Should fix up the remaining problems with blank prices in the watchlist.

Feedback welcome!

Hi Nev,

2.5.7 downloaded and run this morning. It looks just as good/runs just as well as 2.5.6.5 was for me - i.e. perfectly.

Keep up the great work - I couldn't manage without Auctionsieve now - it's a fabulous program and it saves me many hours every week!

Kind Regards
Andrew
