Hi nev,

I don't know if other people had this problem as well, but auctionsieve just told me that my watchlist was 'bad' and removed 2000 items from my watchlist. I wasn't mentally quick enough to copy the errormessage (sorry) so I can't provide that. Any clue what just happened to me?

and to add insult to injury, auctionsieve now only looks at the first 2 pages of US-Ebay category 44109 and then shows the auctions....so I cannot get any new AD&D auctions.

ok nev, what did I do wrong? Sad

I've got code in there that makes a copy of the watchlist file if it encounters an error - it copies it to a file called watchlist.bad.txt.

So open up your AuctionSieve folder and send me (vie email) all the watchlist.* files and I'll have a look.

I'll also have a look at 44109 - that's the category my D&D sieve looks at (but I don't get the time to run it very often at the moment).

I had a look at 44109 and had no problems retrieving for all the different timeframes.

Can you try again?

And if the error occurs, go to the AuctionSieve directory and send me lastpage.html

hi nev,

now I got an error that my pricehistory has gone bad. The msg I got:

AuctionSieve version 1.6.5
Problem line <5933898026 44112 AD&D 2nd Edition The Complete Thief's Handbook US $3.99 - 1>
hashbang.auctionsieve.BadLineException: Line 2559 in pricehistory.txt is bad

at hashbang.auctionsieve.TSVFile.getNextLineFields(Unknown Source)

at hashbang.auctionsieve.AuctionSieveUI.createIt(Unknown Source)

at hashbang.auctionsieve.AuctionSieve.run(Unknown Source)

at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

So now the pricehistory is down from 3150 to 2550....

Sorry to have to bother you with this so. Will send you the lastpage.html in 2 minutes by e-mail.

Still not sure why this is happening but I've added some code that will save your watchlist or pricehistory to a .bad file. (I had that code in there previously but it wasn't in the logic path for some errors.)
