Thank you for such a wonderfully useful tool!
I was wondering if you have considered adding the ability to search for multiple (specific) items being sold by the same seller?
This would be a terrific boon to collectors of all stripes, as it'd greatly facilitate taking advantage of combined shipping discounts.
For instance, one could create a sieve with 5 separate searches for various "Precious Moments" figurines. The sieve would return grouped results where at least 2 of the items are offered by the same seller. The groups can be ordered by the number of searched items offered. |

Hi AJ,
You can use AuctionSieve to show all the items from just one seller - leave the search term blank and put the seller id in 'Sellers to include'.
But I'm not sure that's what you're after is it?
Unfortunately in the normal results, eBay doesn't display the seller id so there's no way I could group by that. Have I misunderstood? |

My apologies for such a late reply, Nev. It seems the "notify me when a reply is posted" feature didn't fire on your reply.
Yes, as you've surmised, I was looking for finding multiple items of interest sold by the same seller, without prior knowledge of that seller's ID.
Ah, I figured AuctionSieve used an API of some sort, which could return the sellers' IDs along with the search results. If, however, AuctionSieve is limited by what eBay returns in its normal view, is there a programmatic equivalent of enabling "View/Customize/Seller's Information"? |

The option isn't encoded in the url anywhere.
I've had a look at the cookies to see if it's somehow encoded there but couldn't see anything.
Which means it's probably stored as an option on their servers associated with your session or login. So there's no way for me to manipulate that. |

Thanks so much for looking into it!
With any luck, eBay will move the option client-side. |
