The "Get auction" button needs to be hit multiple times to start running a sieve, whether it is a small or large search result.

That's rather odd.
Does it still happen if you reboot your computer?

It most certainly does. I usually run my sieves automatically upon opening AS. The result is giving me false negatives on sieves with a lot of results and some with as little as 400. I attempt to click "Get auctions?" sometimes up to 4 times manually, before it will start running a sieve that should have given some sort of results after the first attempt.
