When I perform a search in Auctionsieve the number of results differ from exactly the same search in eBay. This does not happen occasionally, but very often. How comes? As an example, search for the word "hokom" in category #306. You will find 3 results on eBay and only 2 with Auctionseive (that is NOW!).

Another question: can I use wildcard symbols in my Auctionsieve searches? if so, which ones?

Hi,

You've found a bug! Looks like it's because one of those results is from a Top-rated seller. I'll have a look at the code and fix it.

Regarding searches, you can use all the wildcard and other symbols that you can use on eBay. Ie all the search operators described on this page :
http://pages.ebay.com/help/search/search-commands.html
