Not sure if it's an ebay or AS problem - or even my internet connection.
I'm seeing many of the thumbnail images not downloading properly - at a guess around 40% show the standard grey "no image" thumbnail.
This has been happening for a few days now. Is it just me? |

Whatever the issue was... it appears to have gone away today! |

Unfortunately, it's doing it again today....
You don't realise how much you rely on seeing the image of an item to decide if it's worth looking at or not, until you can't see them! |

Now this is affecting (almost) ALL images, this is becoming a real pain!
Out of 168 sieve results (from the 5 sieves I left open to count), I have only ONE that shows a thumbnail picture.
Version 3.01 incorporated "Faster image downloading – thanks Rhett!" - I wonder if this has now fallen over? |

Today - 14.7% of sieve results downloaded an image
(183 of 1242 results, total returned across all sieves)
I can't be the only one with this problem? |

And today... no problems, only a couple of auctions out of the many sieve results show the grey "no image" icon...
I'm wondering if it's something at Ebay's end? |

I'll have a look.
BTW what version of Java are you using? |

Hi Nev,
Images seem OK for me again today, very few grey icons (and also mouseover is working for me OK).
I'm using Java Version 8 build 201 (build 1.8.0_201-b09) on Windows 10 Pro 64bit and AS 3.02.
Thanks

Finally seem to have a fix for this. Took me a while to figure out what was going on.
Basically needed to change all the image urls over to use https instead of http! |

I have also been having this intermittent and annoying problem for the last few days. Sometimes selecting all and adding to watchlist pulls up the images for me - but a 50/50 chance. Can't spot any pattern or logic. Ray |

I've put out a new beta which hopefully fixes this.

Beta seems much better Nev, thanks - a few slipping through the net still but that could just be ebay... |

Hover images are broken now in beta 3.0.2.2:
Sometimes it works, but mostly it just shows this broken link image when hovering the mouse over the auction's image. |
