I can not get any sieves recognized. Even when I create a siee and reopen auctionsieve that sieve is gone. I have been unable to use my old sieves

Sounds like some sort of permissions problem.

Go to Tools->Options...->Browser tab and copy and send me the info in the bottom panel.

Hmmm, that tells me everything should be working ok...
If you look in
Tools->Options...->Advanced tab
is the "Store sieves and settings......" turned on?

It should be turned off.

Is there anything in the Sieves menu?

Has something recently changed on your computer?

According to the info you posted, your sieves should all be in this directory:
C:\Users\Shailesh\AppData\Roaming\AuctionSieve\

Perhaps zip up that directory and email it to me.
