				| Looks like eBay broke AuctionSieve.
Program returns no auctions on searches.

				| I also tried sieves last night and it was broken. I would be really nice if Neville would create an android based version of this. He spoke of creating a web based version of this, that would work on both. | |

				| No searches here using "new today".
I've been using AS for years but have learned that it can't be depended on. As much as I hate to ask, anyone know of another vendor making similar software operating on a negative-match basis?

				| This happens from time to time. eBay will make a change that disrupts the software. Nev usually has a beta fix ready shortly thereafter. Auctionsieve is still the best program of its type. | |

				| I agree it is the best out there. I would argue that some pretty useful features that could be added are being ignored when it comes to power users like myself. I would be willing to pay for a wider variety of options. I run sieves that gather up to 2000 results per week. It would be nice to be able to select a group of items in the price history to delete rather than having check off items one at a time. Is he interested in having people add those features on for him, by coding it and having him proof it? Have you heard of a program called Hammertap, which I know is now defunct? Auctionsieve has many of the same features, but Hammertap was able to mine data from eBay going as far back as a year. That would be some useful data. Especially when it comes to what I am using it for. Your insights would be great. I don't often see much dialog on this forum. | |

				| Ok, new beta is out. Let me know if it resolves the issue.

And Michael - I added the ability to shift-click to select multiple items in the Price History!

				| Wow. Lightning fast. I love it. I was just curious. Are you still working on the web based version? Is there also a way to add a feature that would mine ended auctions?
 Thanks ~ Michael

				| Re web version - yes, I'd like to do it but haven't done anything on it yet. (However I've learnt a lot in my real work in terms of tech to make it possible.)
Re ended auctions - the last time I looked, it wasn't possible to retrieve ended items unless you used the special eBay api which involves all sorts of hoop jumping to comply with eBay requirements. I can take another look to see if it's possible without using the api.

				| Thank-you for another fast reply. Is there a good place to private message you, or is here the best option? I have more thoughts... | |
