Since updating to 3.1.0 all my thumbnails are missing on one sieve & about half the thumbnails are missing on the other. I've shut it down, cleaned all my files, cache, etc. and problem remains.

Are you using a proxy or firewall?

What's your default eBay site?

Can you share your search details?

do you have Use large thumbnails ticked or not?

Happy to share search results, what exactly do you need?

Could this have anything to do with a Firefox browser update? Since the update several random website thumbnails are missing that are not missing on chrome.

The most likely issue is the proxy.
Is there some way you can test it without the proxy so we can narrow it down to that?

I took a break thinking it would resolve itself but hasn't. I turned off Proxy and still have no thumbnails.

Is this on a laptop or desktop?
If it's a laptop, can you try one another wifi network somewhere else?
If a desktop, can you try a different computer/laptop using the same network?

This issue 'missing thumbnails' appears unresolved but I think might be more widespread. I have posted a similar issue 'problem with thumbnail pictures' and so has one other person also titled 'missing thumbnails' all in the last few months. Seem to be using different browsers too. As a subsidiary question, is it possible to reload AS without losing 'trash words'?

Yes, you can reinstall AuctionSieve without losing your sieves.
