When I use the sieve it shows the same item multiple times.Some of the items show up to thirty times.I review the listings daily on WinXP.Anyone else having this problem?

Do you mean you're doing a search for "WinXP"?
Doing that on ebay right now I get lots of auctions which have exactly the same auction title, for example "COMPAQ EVO N610C LAPTOP P4 M 2GHz /256MB/40GB/DVD/WinXP".

But the important bit is that they're separate auctions with potentially different ending times, prices, etc. So it's correct for AuctionSieve to display them all.

The cool thing is that once you've decided that you're not interested in those auctions you can just highlight the entire title (a shortcut is to triple click anywhere in the title) and add it as a trashword. Now they all disappear and you'll never see them again! Come tomorrow you'll have a much shorter list of auctions to go through!
