Hi Nev,
On more than one occasion, I've accidentally closed a sieve tab or hit the "Get Auctions!" button when I've had auction listing results within a sieve - the outcome is (as I always use "Ignore auctions already seen") that I loose those (new) results. The only solution currently is to run the sieve again with "Ignore auctions already seen" unticked and sort through all the results, which is time consuming to say the least...
I would love confirmation boxes on the "Get Auctions!" button and on closing the sieve tab please, appearing only on the condition that there are active results showing in that sieve, and saying something like "Are you sure - this will loose current results? Yes/Cancel".
You recently added a similar confirmation to the whole program exit button... And as per that confirmation, a tickbox in the options could be used to turn this off for those who don't want it.

I love the coloured text on the tabs too, surprising how much difference that makes as well.
